Building Project

As church attendance has grown in numbers so has developed the need for larger premises. In 2004 we managed to purchase the land next door but discovered that in between the chapel and the new land was a right of way which prevented the extension to be even considered. We prayed that "where there is a way God would make no way!". Eventually the right of way was annulled and we were able to put in planning permission for an extension. This was refused so we had to put in again for planning permission.

By the grace of God we were given planning rights this year (2007) and we are now going ahead with our extension - details can be found here

Sunday 17th May will be our first service in our new premises.
This will be a special dedication service led by
Revd Clare Stainsby at 3.00pm.
Note: there will be NO MORNING SERVICES on that date.
The formal opening will take place later, as part of a Circuit Service at 6.30pm on Sunday 14th June.
We will also be holding an Open Day on a Saturday date to be finalised) when the people of the village, and anyone interested, will be invited to come in and have a look round.
